What is iOS?
iOS is the operating system for Apple's mobile devices.
iOS is Apple's mobile operating system that runs iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices. Originally known as iPhone OS, the name was changed with the introduction of the iPad.
iOS uses a multi-touch interface where simple hand gestures are used to operate the device, such as swiping your finger across the screen to move to the next page or zooming out through your fingers Pinning to do.
The Apple App Store has over 2 million iOS apps available for download, the most popular app store on any mobile device.
What is an Operating System?
In the simplest terms, an operating system is one that lies between you and the physical device. This software interprets the commands of the application (apps), and provides those apps access to features of the device, such as multi-touch screens or storage.
Mobile operating systems like iOS are different from most other operating systems because they put each app in its own protective shell, which protects other apps from tampering with them. This makes it impossible for the virus to infect installed apps on the mobile operating system, although other forms of malware exist. The security shield around the apps also creates boundaries because it keeps the apps communicating directly with each other. This is achieved by using extensibility in iOS, a feature that allows one app to be communicated with another app
History of iOS?
Steve Jobs first released the new Operating System for the iPhone in the year 2007. He claimed that the iPhone runs "OS X" and "Desktop Application" but at the time of the release of the iPhone the Operating System was named "iPhone OS". How is iOS different from other operating systems?
IOS is completely different from other operating systems because it keeps all the apps in its device inside its protective shell so that the app is separated from each other and does not interfere with each other. IOS is designed so If the device accidentally gets virus through the app, then it can fail to damage other apps while not seeing any such feature in other operating systems. The protective methods that are available in iOS are surrounded by apps, so they also cause a lot of drawbacks in apps because one app is not able to directly communicate with other apps like we see in Android OS devices. If someone has sent a link to the news on WhatsApp, then we can see it with the help of any browser like Chrome.
In this, WhatsApp is able to directly communicate with Chrome's App, this feature is not available in iOS devices, but it uses a different feature called Extensibility. This feature allows users to update an App with another App. Approvel allows you to ask for it. It is not possible to approve an app without Approvel with another app. One of the main differences between iOS and Android is that the logo is very high. The reason that comes with Android is that you get a choice in which you can use other company phones which have Android operating system like Samsung, LG, HTC, Xiomi, Micromax whereas iOS is a uniform platform which Can only run on devices made by Apple
Difference Between Iphone And Android ?
While there are many differences between Android and iPhone, there is one main discrepancy that some people like the most - with Android you get the choice, while the iPhone is a uniform platform.
There are thousands of Android devices in the world. Companies range from Samsung to LG and HTC and even Amazon make phones and tablets that run on certain versions of Android.
Part 1: Difference between iPhone and Android - Hardware and Models
Hardware is one of the most obvious differences. As everyone knows, only Apple makes the iPhone, while Google provides its Android software to many phone manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, Micromax etc.
Due to this situation, the hardware of the iPhone is strictly controlled by Apple and there is no need to worry about its quality, but there are only a few options available for the models.
For Android phones, it is true that there are more option options for models, but some cheaply priced Android phones have problems like overheat, freeze due to poor quality of hardware.
Part 2: Difference between iPhone and Android - Battery and Charge
Early iPhones need to charge their batteries every day. Now, even though the iPhone battery capacity has improved significantly, it is impossible to go out for several days without charging the iPhone. Some Android models offer ultra-high capacity batteries, but extra bulk is a problem.
For charging, Android has fewer requirements on the charging cable. However, Apple uses its proprietary lightning port to connect to the charging cable. The Lightning port is less compatible with other charging cables, but Apple has more control over the quality of the charging cable.
i) Openness
iOS is often regarded as a close system for users who have very few system permissions and Android is more open.
An open system is a double sword. Android users can easily customize their phones, but according to a study, 97% of all malware, viruses, etc. were for Android, while 0% were attacked on iPhones.
The head of Google's Android team said that "we cannot guarantee that Android is designed to be secure".
ii) OS update
Apple has complete control over its operating system and will launch the new iOS in September every year. All iPhone, iPad, iPod users will get notifications to update their system. Google updates its Android frequently, but users do not get any notifications of it. When an update is introduced, it is usually several months after launching a new version of Android.
iii) running speed
New phones can always run fast, no matter whether it is Android phone or iOS device. However, Android's speed can drop dramatically in two years or so, which is why many people said that a normal Android phone can only last for two years.
